Just recently another life has been taken on Route 130. Christal Smith was only 20 years young when she was struck by a car and killed while crossing Route 130 on her way to work. Twenty years earlier, a 13 year old girl was killed in the same exact place. This bridge could save lives. Please, let's make the deaths stop.
