Dear Deloitte,

It has come to my attention that an employee of yours, Claira Janover, has created a video on the social media platform TikTok (found here: https://twitter.com/Bubblebathgirl?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor where she advocates for violence. She is seen on video stating that if she is to see someone who advocates that "all lives matter", she will use deadly force to stab them, presumably with a knife, and would mock them as their life comes to a close by her own hand. In such a sensitive moment in history where a conversation of the use of deadly force and racial prejudice is being had, it is a very inappropriate time to be making insensitive and violent jokes about harming others or taking others' lives, especially based on the color of their skin, as she explicitly states she will be targeting caucasians. 

Such a hateful and violent attitude has no place at a professional journalism company such as yours. Journalists should be unbiased reporters looking to veraciously expose the truth and get the facts out to the public. An attitude such as hers cannot be an unbiased reporter of the truth, but rather a very biased and hateful reporter who will present a distorted truth to paint a pointed picture in the audience's unknowing minds.

Deloitte, I call upon you to have this employee removed for her violent, hateful, and racist remarks she has made simply because someone does not think the same way she does. This is not acceptable behavior of someone who will work for and represent Deloitte, and it must be dealt with expeditiously and appropriately.
