Recently Microsoft launched Windows 10 and it is available free of cost to users with Windows 7 or 8. So many users would want to upgrade to Windows 10. However, Dell doesn't support their old systems which are compatible with Windows 10. 

I am having Dell XPS 15 L502X running Windows 7 at the moment. I want to upgrade to Windows 10. However there are no updated drivers available for my laptop. Dell has said that they wont test the product for Windows 10. According to Dell, a laptop that can run Modern Combat X, cant run Windows 10. This is not possible!!!

There are many customers of Dell who bought Dell XPS line which is their premium lineup which costed us around 1000 Dollars. There are some unfortunate users who have upgraded their XPS 15 to Windows 10 & they are facing many problems like webcam not working, laptop not coming out of sleep mode etc.. All of this because of laptop drivers.

Updating the drivers would cost much to Dell. But being greedy they want us to buy new products to earn more money which ruins the entire idea of Microsoft giving Windows 10 for free. Therefore, in substance Windows 10 will always be paid and will cost every Dell user 1000 Dollars or even more considering the time value of money.

So, I request every Dell user to sign this petition and make Dell realize what they are loosing by keeping such strategies.
