Why in India, Government schools looks like orphanage or even worse?

We are talking about our future but when the future looks like a place where kids sit on ground, they come to school to get some basic level free food and the hygiene condition is worse than any low grade area and then we expect majority of India to be well cultured and learn to behave and have a better lifestyle?

On the other hand private schools are tagged as Non-profit organization but they are earning in multiples of lacks and crores, the Government is getting their share and parents are busy finding good tuition teachers for their kids. What an amazing balance we have made for the corrupt people just sitting and destroying India & the talents we have. Why don't we prefer to send our kids to any Govt school? We are ready to afford those private schools where expenses are touching sky every year and with every financial year even sky is the limit for it, still we are trying to manage with the expenses. This is because at one end Government schools have failed to prove their worth and on the other hand private schools are enjoying the corrupt government and its drawbacks. 

Let's just look at the convent & Missionary schools, they way they work and the class they maintain is spectacular. We feel proud to mention that our kids got to some Convent school because we do not trust Indian schools. What an irony that we have Indians serving top notch companies as CEO, COO etc but we are dependent upon commercial & convent schools for out education & future. Our basic level of education is so poor and questionable but still we have made remarkable changes in the whole World.

What would it be like if every kid of India could get the same level of education in Govt schools, for which we are ready to pay in Lacks due to privatization & commercialization of education system in India.
