On 19th November, 2016, Saturday evening, we took our sister in Delhi Hospital, Hindu Rao, nearby Malka Ganj, wherein the senior lady doctor misbehaved with my sister and brother (who is physically handicapped) and was with her in emergency ward of hospital. My sister was facing difficulties in breathing since two days and on Saturday evening we took her in emergency ward of Hindu Rao Hospital of Delhi. We produced to doctor the documents of my sisters regarding her treatment of neurology and psychiatry so that they would enable about her disease. The reaction of lady doctor got cruel to us just because of the reason of her treatment was done in neurology and psychiatry. Doctor asked my brother that your sister is mad and slapped him. after that doctor abused my sister and thrown outside by saying not to come again in this hospital for any kind of medical facility. She could not talk anything to her just because of the reason that she was facing breathing problem and doctors thrown my sister outside hospital. Out of her old medical documents produced by us to that doctor, she didn't return back my sister's document including her blood report. My sister teaches  to students and do house work at home then how can doctor just because of the reason of her neurological and psychiatry treatment deprive her from medical facilities and declare her to be sent to the "pagal khana"?  Is that justifiable to disallow the helpless people to avail medical facility in Govt. hospitals? The lady doctor inspite of the knowledge of seriousness of the disease, harassed to my sister which is against code and ethics of medical profession and also against humanity.

We just Pray to Hon'ble High Court of Delhi to direct the Hospital administration to make inquiry for the misbehave done by that doctor with us and permit us right of medical facility which was denied by the lady doctor in emergency ward in Hindu Rao hospital on 19.11.2016 in evening. We faced cruelty without any reason. My sisters mistake is only that she is suffering neurological disease but she is not "Pagal" as the lady doctor termed her, she inspite of her neurological disease and pain still work. If such kind of treatment is given by doctors to her, her life would be ruined. I do not know one side govt. says to save girl but if a girl struggle for her life, nobody help her, even she is being deprived from medical facility of Govt. Hospital in emergency cases. Medical Profession is directly connected with humanity and kindness but when a doctor harasses people, there is sure about decline of kindness and ultimate death of humanity. We just want to make understand the doctor not to treat patients with cruelty and allow us to have hospital facility. Hoping for justice for my sister and all those who become victim of such cruel doctors.
