The pollution levels of Delhi- NCR have reached the severe level and it's almost impossible for college students to commute to college within NCR in such severe smog. It's life threatening for all of us. Every student who travels from different parts of the city to go to her/his respective college would be risking her/his health by coming to college, early in the morning.

Through this petition, I request the University of Delhi, the Government of Delhi and the Government of India to declare an off for all the colleges until the situations get better.
