Hello, Microsoft and Sony.

The team behind PAYDAY of the absolute worst when it comes to customer service for consoles. They were actively deleting questions regarding updates to the game on consoles. Being extremely hostile to console players just for asking about updates. The way that they treated the console customer base insured that I would never buy anything from them again. But it's me.

Their broken games still available to buy on consoles including Game Pass.

PAYDAY 2 absolute abandoned and PAYDAY 3 has broken launch.

@twiztidjugalO if a game I really love isn't working on consoles, Id switch to other platforms and fu**ing play it there.

There is an answer from developers to gamers.

Payday on PS3 and 360 were basically abandoned.

Payday 2 on PS3 and 360 were abandoned the developer told us to buy the PC version if we wanted new heists and updates

Then payday 2 was ported to PS4 and x1 and we got the current version of the game up to that point but didn't see any dlc until the mass dump of dlc they gave us years later.

Now we still have no current version of this game. No support. Last updates were years ago. No updates for nextgen consoles.

Then payday 3 with broken launch without any content and broken options for gamepads. Only few heists but with full price for it or in game pass.

What's next? We should fight against these developers.

Dear Microsoft and Sony,

Delete PAYDAY 3 & PAYDAY 2 from console stores forever!
