The TR To PR program was launched in May 2021. While grateful for the opportunity and understanding IRCC's limited capacity and completing priorities, nothing justifies 17 months of wait with no clear deadline in sight. Even IRCC's client centre agents ask people to wait and be patient. 
We need an answer, a date a promise by which this specific backlog will be cleared. Many people are going through immense stress, depression and uncertainty.
