The Newark Post reports that the recommendation has been made to add a Florida T at the intersection of Woodlawn Avenue and Capitol Trail, prohibiting left turns from Woodlawn Avenue going toward downtown.  While everyone in Newark understands that the Cleveland Avenue area is a traffic concern, this will put more traffic into the neighborhoods of Lumbrook, Prestwick Farms, Stafford and Windy Hills, by pushing all of the traffic to exit at Anna Way.  We are finally getting some relief from the slow light at Woodlawn through the installation of the double left turn, only to have NO way to exit left at Woodlawn.  Please pay attention to the voices of the residents of these neighborhoods who will feel the effects of this proposed change daily.  Say "NO" to this proposal!
