More info about the Del Tura HOA elections

Hi again. I hope you received yesterday's update endorsing three candidates for the HOA board: Irma Backelant, Nuno Hilton, and Lori McFerrin.   We thought it might also be useful for you to know that two of the other candidates are current board members--who did NOT formally respond to your petition, and who did NOT vote against the Statutory Committee's recommendation to accept the 8%+ rent increase. They are Fincham and Tomaszewski.   Remember, current bylaws only allow you to vote for three candidates (even though there are five vacancies). If you vote for more than three, your ballot will be thrown out.   Time to vote for change.
