The new rent increases at Del Tura take full advantage of the options given to HTA in our agreements with them. It is time for the HOA to take full advantage of the opportunities given to them (and to us)--in the prospectus--to negotiate a lower increase before the December deadline. They needn't rely only on volunteers in the community. They can use their sizable ($150,000+) coffers to hire legal counsel to get this done. All the more important post-Ian.

If this does not happen, your rent will go up more than is necessary to maintain the community's high standards.
