Over the last few years Irene and Karina have been violating seniority, showing lots of favoritism, they do not conduct proper investigations, they allow certain employees to transfer departments and change shifts with out doing the proper paper work and they do not have to wait the amount of time it takes for those changes to happen. Overall they are providing an unpleasant environment to work and it is becoming hostile, because not everybody is being treated fairly.
