Stop 3-time animal hoarders in Dekalb County Georgia from torturing more cats

The Issue

A pair of cat hoarders in Dekalb County Georgia were hauled to court in 2011 and 2014 for torturing hundreds of homeless animals by holding them in captivity and depriving them of medical care and healthy living conditions. Today, right now, the hoarders are at it again, this time holding almost 40 animals captive in vans and driving them around the city to elude law enforcement. The Dekalb County Solicitor-General's Office knows of the situation, and is not acting quickly enough to save the helpless animals who are imprisoned, suffering, deprived and getting sicker by the day. Please ask the County to enforce the law, rescue these cats before they die, and stop these animal hoarders once and for all.
