auburn police arent protecting our community their putting us in danger especially teenagers. in the past year  a officer shot a 15 year old boy and killed him because they thought he had a weapon when in reality he had Schizophrenia and was just moving his hands. im 14 years old and this past summer i was assaulted by a freinds brother at a sleepover i had gotten voice recordings of him saying discusting stuff to me and a video of him trying to get under my pants i was texting a freind that i needed help and that he was doing unacceptable things to me i had even asked their cousin to get him off of me and he just walked away. and my freind  had said something to the girl and she had gotten very defensive and turned it into a fight we all made it clear we didnt wanna fight her just tell her what was going on because i wasnt the only one whos gone through this with him and on august 30th me and my freind who had also been freinds with the girl and dealt with the same stuff and even from her cousin were walking at 11 pm to go hangout with our other freind and thats when we saw them walking and i told my friend to cross the street so we could avoid them and we werent lucky enough to go unnoticed her mom had pointed us out and the girl came running and so did her mom i had a pulled out a knife to try and get her to back up and it worked she didnt get touched with it but it being out made her stop she let go of both of us that very second i was very shaken up and scared and had proceeded to call 911 and my mom the cops and my mom showed up around the same time and they took me into custody. the cop wouldnt tell me why i was getting arrested and put my cuffs way to tight i told him they were hurting me multiple times and he told me to just hold on and wait because we were almost there i had gotten a different officer to uncuff them so tight at the station and he did no problem and i had to take the cuffs off to take something out and he put them just as tight if not tighter i had lost feeling in my hands cuz of the tightness and my wrists hurt for days after. i was put in king county juvenile detention center at around 1 am i had court the very next day and was thankfully relesed on ankle temporarily and a week later i got released off ankle and had to serve almost 5 months on probation for self defense she had lied to the cops on everything that happened and talked to the police two different times and the second time she was hysterical and her face was “bleeding” when the first time she was fine. her nor her mother got in any trouble and didnt show up to any court dates we got restraining orders on all 3 of them but they never got the sexual assault  order on her brother. auburn pd failed over many times to serve him with the restraining order and then they moved and now they cannot serve my restraining order because they failed to the first time leaving me in danger i have suffered an insufferable amount of trauma  from this whole situation. if auburn pd doesnt get accountability for not being able to help the people in the community and letting the real danger roam free i hope that my story at least gets heard and i get some justice nobody should have to deal with going through that and being the one introuble for it.
