As Ontario’s healthcare system continues to crumble — with staff shortages, soaring wait times, and millions of people without a family doctor — this petition continues to grow.

Now I need your help to take this petition to the next level. Can you record a quick video to tell us how the healthcare crisis is impacting you and your family? Tell us why the Ministry of Health must act now to resolve this crisis. 

Many of you have signed and shared comments on the petition and I’m so grateful for your support. Now I want to be able to show decision makers your stories directly.

Here are the guidelines:

• Keep your video to 60 seconds or less.
• If you use your phone to record a video, make sure you record it vertically.
• Imagine you're speaking to the Health Minister and address Sylvia Jones directly.
• We won't share your name/location in the video.
• Our plan is to put all the submissions together to create video content that will be shared on social media and with the Ministry directly.
