Hello everyone. As I mentioned in my last update, I submitted my response to Saanich and my judicial review to the ALC in the past month. The Attorney General of BC must be notified of such legal actions as Saanich and the ALC are government and the Attorney General is the member of our BC Parliament who "superintends the administration of justice."
As I'm not a lawyer, I have no idea whether the Attorney General gets involved with cases like mine but her office has confirmed that while they would like to be updated, particularly on the Saanich case, she will not be intervening. I had truly hoped that particularly in the Saanich case, where my individual and property rights have been so blatantly trampled on, that the Attorney General might intervene to put a stop to the nonsense.
For now, I must answer a Saanich court application to have my counterpetition against Saanich thrown out because a counterpetition apparently does not exist under the BC rules. I have only 5 days so I better get to it while in the midst of attempting to plant some kind of hemp crop for this season, which is, as you all have heard, is on a steep, gravelly sidebank (the ALC and Saanich have blocked my attempts to create access and drainage to the only level areas on the entire property).
