Court Case Update

When I started this I thought I’d be able to retain a lawyer to help or that an organization might intervene. But in the end I was running out of time and money so I’m defending myself on both cases in BC Supreme Court. I’ve been working around the clock for 6 weeks.

I would say that the theme of both cases is government interference with my property to the point where they’ve expropriated it. If I lose these cases, it will give the government even more control over my property. The cases have delayed all business, farming and personal pursuits this spring.
