Guardians Global Code Foundation is an advocacy and policy initiative focused on ethical governance, technological accountability, and the protection of fundamental human rights in the digital age. The foundation was created to address the growing gap between rapidly advancing technologies and the legal frameworks meant to regulate them.

This constitution is NOT a replacement for national law. It is a model framework and global standard intended to guide:
