2. Loss of Promised Smart Convenience
Key features promoted at the time of purchase remain inaccessible, including:

  • Digital key functionality
  • Remote air conditioning control
  • Battery monitoring and charging management
  • Full smart connectivity integration

These features are central to the Deepal S07 ownership experience and their absence materially reduces the value proposition of the vehicle.

 
3. No Software Updates and Resulting Technical Issues
Since the launch of the Deepal S07 in Nepal, no meaningful software updates have been rolled out to local customers. As a result, several persistent system bugs remain unresolved, including:

  • Clear communication regarding coordination with local telecommunication providers and Changan’s international technical team

Assurance that Nepalese customers will receive equal technological support as customers in other supported markets
