Judge Romanak issued the $1500 bond paid in October to Stuart Gelfman. Mr. Gelfman demanded another $500 and the Judge ordered that Nick pay this amount or be remanded into custody again. The Judge continues to ignore every fact in this custody case, in fact it seems that everyone has forgotten the fact that this IS a custody case. As of December 2017, Nick's benefits were denied pending trial and the family court does not recognize this as an excuse for not paying these fees.
