With the help and support of family, I was able to buy Nick's freedom for $1500.00 at least until his next court date on October 18th. It's still very important to get this in front of the Chief Judge of the circuit court in Cook County. He has the authority to review every motion in this case and ask; Why Stuart Gelfman never followed up on the police reports, the school attendance, the affidavits, the emergency interventions, and allegations made in the motions submitted to the court? How did the reports and findings from the emergency intervention get completely lost? Why was the motion to remove Stuart Gelfman not taken even the least bit seriously? Why is the Father being incarcerated even after paying Stuart Gelfman $550.00 , which is all he could afford being on disability? Why wasn't the Mother ordered to pay her half of Stuart Gelfman's bill and incarcerated for not doing so? What does paying Stuart Gelfman have anything to do with the best interest of the girls?
