Striped bass populations have been historically declining over the past few decades. Fish size and population numbers have shrunk drastically which affect both recreational anglers, charter boat captains, local resturaunts and businesses. Overfishing, lack of proper regulations, poor bay health, and the charter fishing industry has lead to this decline. By signing this petition, we can bring these issues up with our local government and seek a resolve to this large issue.
