We, the student body, call on Stanford to act now. NO ICE ON CAMPUS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Students should not have to live in fear to get an education. Recent federal actions have increased the risk of immigration enforcement in spaces like universities, putting undocumented students, DACA recipients, international students, and mixed-status families at risk. In alignment with the ASSU Joint Resolution to declare Stanford a sanctuary campus, Stanford must take a clear stand: no voluntary cooperation with ICE, no use of campus resources to support immigration enforcement, and no partnerships that expose student data. Our campus must be a place of safety, not surveillance.

PROTECT OUR COMMUNITY. PROTECT STUDENT DATA. PROTECT ACCESS TO EDUCATION. Stanford must reinstate and expand support for undocumented students, including dedicated staff, legal resources, and “Know Your Rights” protections. These commitments must be real, visible, and enforced-not just statements.
