The Issue

We are calling for October 8 to be recognized annually as Directed Energy Victims Awareness Day — a day dedicated to raising public awareness, supporting civilians who report unexplained neurological and directed-energy-related experiences, encouraging responsible documentation and research, and promoting access to appropriate medical evaluation.

Many individuals report sudden neurological, vestibular, auditory, cognitive, visual, and other symptoms that they believe may be connected to unexplained exposures. Regardless of the ultimate cause, people experiencing these symptoms deserve to be heard, medically evaluated, documented, and treated with dignity.

A major goal of Directed Energy Victims Awareness Day is to promote pre-exposure and post-incident neurological baseline testing through the Six Pillars:

Balance & Vestibular Mapping — including VNG and stability testing
Extended High-Frequency Audiometry — hearing testing up to 16 kHz
Quantitative Cognitive Mapping — reaction time, memory, and processing measurements
Automated Eye Tracking — evaluation of fine visual and motor control
Advanced Neuroimaging — including DTI/fMRI when medically appropriate
Acute TBI Blood Biomarkers — including GFAP and UCH-L1 when clinically appropriate
By recognizing October 8, we can encourage awareness, scientific investigation, medical preparedness, public education, and compassionate support for civilians seeking answers.

Please sign and share this petition to help establish October 8 as Directed Energy Victims Awareness Day.
