I didn't want to miss a rare opportunity to update this petition with some good news. It's telling how long it has taken to even arrive at the point where Remington could be sued over its promotion of the AR-15; Sandy Hook happened in 2012, and too many tragic shootings have followed. After the misguided marketing ploys of arms manufacturers, I hope lawyers begin targeting the NRA, who are at least if not more culpable in the epidemic of mass shootings.
