28th September is the birthday of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and I am sure not all of us know/remember that. Bhagat Singh is considered to be one of the most influential revolutionaries of the Indian independence movement. Bhagat Singh's, Rajguru's and other freedom fighters' contributions towards the independence motion was not less than Mahatama Gandhi, Pt. Nehru but alas! we hardly remember them. So, I request the Prime Minister of India and the people of India to declare the birthday of Bhagat Singh as National Freedom Fighter's Day so that the nation remembers the sacrifice our freedom fighters did for us.
