When in the course of human events, a government after being fairly elected by its citizenry turns against the people who have in good faith granted it the power to govern and seeks to utilize that power to subvert and dismantle the institutions and principles from which its power is derived it is the right and the duty of those citizens whose faith has been betrayed to hold those elected officials in contempt of their office and to utilize all legal means at their disposal to remove the usurpers from the offices to which they were elected under false pretenses and to replace those officials with individuals who are prepared to honor their oaths of office.

We adhere to and hold sacred the self evident truths enshrined in our nation's founding documents, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  That governments are elected and, only after the individuals comprising such governments have sworn oaths to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, are they granted the power to uphold and enforce the laws enacted by representatives who have been duly elected by the citizenry and who have also sworn oaths to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Whenever any government and its officers as evidenced by word and deed become destructive of these ends it is the right and the duty of the electorate to revoke the power granted to such individuals and to invest that power in more honorable elected representatives and to hold all usurpers and betrayers together with their accomplices and enablers accountable for their crimes against the nation in a court of law.

Prudence and respect for the rule of law necessary for the functioning and survival of any legitimate democracy dictate that such fundamental challenges to the office holders and representatives who have been duly elected not be made lightly or for the purpose of altering policies legitimately arrived at and legally implemented with which the dissenters disagree.

History has shown that the citizens of a well established republic are pre-disposed to settle their differences through the political process and at the ballot box as long as such options are generally accepted as free and fair.  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to cast out those who improperly occupy those offices, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the peril faced by these citizens and as the safeguards against tyranny enshrined in the Constitution are rendered ineffective due to the malfeasance and fecklessness of the current occupants of the co-equal branches of government such is now the necessity which constrains them to require and demand the immediate removal of the present Executive officers and the elected officials who have betrayed their Oaths of Office in blind obeisance to those who are daily betraying their oaths of office.

The history of the present President of these United States is a history of repeated crimes, injuries, and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and the self-enrichment of the President.  To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused to comply with Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden Legislators, though sworn to serve the best interests of their Citizens, to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance to the security of the Country based solely on their dearth of perceived political benefit to him.

He has refused to implement other Laws, duly enacted by Congress and signed into law, because of his personal animosity towards those legislators and previous executives.

He has usurped the powers reserved solely for Congress under the Constitution thus depriving all citizens of their right to be fairly represented by their elected officials.

He has instigated and facilitated a violent insurrection against a legitimately elected President in an attempt to overthrow the government and install himself as President despite having clearly and decisively lost the election.

He has pardoned the convicted insurrectionists who were his accomplices in that attack on the nation’s Capital thereby increasing the likelihood of threats and instability should future elections fail to produce results with which he agrees.

He has blatantly abused the Presidential pardon power by openly selling such pardons to convicted criminals for large sums.

He has been convicted in multiple courts of multiple crimes ranging from assault to bribery to fraud several of which well exceed the threshold of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” required for impeachment.

He has obstructed the impartial Administration of Justice by appointing only those who are willing to demonstrate their personal fealty to him rather than to the Constitution and the Law which they swore to uphold as a condition of their employment in such positions.

He has directed those individuals to utilize the powers of the judiciary to harass, intimidate and pursue individuals, institutions and predecessors whom he perceives to be his opponents or who have fulfilled the duties of their office by attempting to hold him accountable for his crimes..

He has made Legislators dependent on his Will alone for their continued tenure in office by illegally interfering in the electoral process.

He has repeatedly violated the Emoluments clause of the Constitution with the acquiescence of those threatened Legislators thus enriching himself to such a degree that the stain of corruption now permeates every action and policy decision.

He has ignored the basic protections guaranteed all individuals under the Constitution by depriving defendants of their right to Due Process.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, sent swarms of masked, unidentified Officers to harass and illegally detain our fellow Citizens.

He has sent out among us, in times of peace, contingents of the Armed Forces without the consent of the Legislature or State Executives.

He has conspired with others in the Legislative and Judicial branches to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation and Jurisprudence:

For placing himself beyond the reach of any legal accountability for criminal actions undertaken while he holds the office.

For offering the protection afforded by Presidential Pardon for anyone who breaks the law in pursuit of goals he deems beneficial to himself.

For directing the Justice department to selectively prosecute or decline to prosecute criminal cases based on the loyalty and usefulness of the defendant in those cases to his personal political and financial welfare.

For illegally obstructing and impeding our trade with all parts of the world.

For transporting us beyond the seas without the benefit of any legal proceeding or right of appeal.

For taking away our rights, ignoring our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Form of our Government.

He is at this time assembling and transporting large numbers of armed military forces unconstrained by the limits imposed by the Constitution to occupy our cities and harass and intimidate our fellow citizens.

In every stage of these oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress through our elected representatives and the judiciary.  Placing their abject fealty to the current office holder above their sworn oaths to protect and defend the Constitution, those representatives and officers of the court who are of the same political party as the President have used the power granted them by the People to shield the President from the legal consequences of his usurpations.  A President whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We, therefore, as Citizens of the United States of America, do solemnly publish and declare that we stand united in our opposition to the current President and his accomplices.

We renounce utterly and completely the multitude of lies through which the President has sought to legitimize his tenure in office and his authority to govern.

We condemn the amoral and self-serving Legislators and Judges who are acquiescing to the multitude of impeachable high crimes and misdemeanors committed in plain sight by the President and his cronies.

We are, and of Right ought to be, unalterably opposed to the current Presidents continued occupation of the nation's highest office.

We pledge to do every legal thing necessary to accomplish the the removal of the President from office as soon as possible and to hold him and his accomplices responsible for the crimes they have committed during their tenure.

We hereby commit to joining with any and every individual and group who signifies their agreement with this declaration by signing below.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
