Declaration of Accountability and seeking Support for Parole
Dear Citizens of the United States,
I hope this petition finds you well and in good spirits. My name is Michael Gaddy, and I am reaching out to you today with a declaration of accountability and a sincere plea for your support. After already serving 30 years I have paid my debt to society and I’m ready to become an active member of my community and my family once again. During my time incarcerated my family and people who personally know me have written and signed letters/testimonials, testifying to my excellent character and how much I have helped others. That includes those in prison, where I have shown exemplary behavior, tutored, led classes and mentored fellow prisoners.
A writ for constitutionally excessive sentence due to The CDCR refusing Me a hearing in more than 30 years has been filed. Later update concerning this coming soon. In my pursuit of parole, I have come to understand the immense power that lies within the hands of knowledgeable individuals such as yourselves. As a society built upon the principles of justice and compassion, it is crucial that we come together to ensure accountability and fairness within our justice system.
I am writing to you today not only as a prisoner seeking parole but also as a human being who has grown, learned, and evolved during my time behind bars. While I acknowledge the mistakes of my past, I firmly believe in the power of redemption and the capacity for change.
Within the depths of confinement, I have discovered my passion for life and creativity. Through writing and a myriad of creative endeavors, I have found solace, growth, and self-discovery. The transformative power of writing has allowed me to reimagine my life and envision a future where I can contribute positively to society.
I humbly request that you lend your voices to support my plea for parole. By doing so, you are not just advocating for my release, but also for a society that values second chances and believes in the potential for personal growth and rehabilitation.
Together, we can challenge the preconceived notions and stereotypes that often surround those behind bars. By embracing creativity, compassion, and accountability, we can create a system that rehabilitates, rather than simply punishes.
I genuinely appreciate your time and consideration in reading this petition. I implore you to join me in this journey towards redemption and support my pursuit of parole. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of individuals seeking a second chance. The Courts have ignored all recent Hapeaus Corpus filings. Appeals just filed. Updates coming soon. We need more signatures and shares.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Michael Gaddy
