Hey Supporters! 

Since the response from Minister Gardener there have been discussions had and the new question to ask is this just apart of the DECD policy, but not actually law? Another question raised was does the DECD school policy differ from their home education policy?

As far as I know the law overrides any policy, so today I have emailed Matthew Price requesting both the school policy and home education policy.

Hopefully Matthew is more co-operative and timely in his responses than our previous correspondence with the Minister has been. The Minister requested we contact Matthew with any further questions or to discuss the matter further. As head of Education I don't feel he is being overly co-operative in helping to resolve this issue.
