Deborah Fuller (of Harwich Road, Lawford) recently went to court (on 2 occasions) for dragging her dog 400 metres down the road tied to the back of her car. The other time she was at court was in regards to mistreating and interbreeding 44 dogs. For one of the offences (dragging the dog) she received 6 months on tag (house arrest) and banned from keeping any animals for 5 years. This clearly isn't enough of a punishment.
