The Justice for Ponce group members all met outside the criminal justice center today for a peaceful rally in support of justice for Ponce. There were between 50-60+ attendees. The criminal case was sent back to the lower courts and today was a pretrial conference. It was determined that since the defense filed a notice to the Supreme Court that the criminal case will be on hold until a decision is made on whether they hear this or not. My guess is NOT! ;) And boy those attorney fees I'm sure are racking up for Ponce's alleged killer-his owner Travis Archer!
