Big win for the State when the 5th District Court of Appeals REVERSED the lower court Judge's ruling on exigent circumstances!! The next court date is 2/20/19 which is a pretrial conference where the State Attorney and Defense attorney meet in front of the Judge to let her know the status of the case. Currently, the Judges have rotated and Ponce has a new Judge in the case....we welcome Judge Sandra Upchurch!! We will be out in front of the courthouse showing our support to bring justice to Ponce's killer!
