On January 10, 2019, the defense attorney for Travis Archer, the owner of Ponce, who is charged with his killing, filed a Notice to Invoke Discretionary Jurisdiction. Fast forward after other documents were filed, the Attorney General filed their response to the brief on 2/21/19.

At this time now, we wait and see if the Florida Supreme Court will hear the case. My guess is NO. But we will wait and see. I will keep you posted!
