On July 27th 2019 Joseph Stubbers DO admitted to police to hitting his 5 year old Mastiff “Cooper” in the head with a hammer then shooting Him.  Cooper was found by officials in grave condition but alive and is currently being cared for by a Dearborn county veterinarian.  The cost for Cooper’s care is going to be  astronomical and the future cost of his care unknown.  

This petition is to hold Joseph Stubbers financially accountable for all current and future healthcare and rehabilitation costs for Cooper.
