I’m writing this not just as a customer, but as a long-time fan of your food—especially your biscuits. For years, those warm, buttery, flaky biscuits were one of the best parts of visiting Popeyes. They tasted like they were made with care, right there in the kitchen. And that's because they were—made fresh, in-house.

Lately though, something has changed. The biscuits just aren’t the same anymore. They don’t have that same texture or flavor that so many of us grew up loving. And from what many of us have noticed, it seems they’re no longer made fresh in-store. That shift may not seem huge from a corporate standpoint, but for those of us who love your food, it’s a big deal.

We understand that running a growing business means making tough decisions. But we also believe that some things—like the quality and soul of your food—are worth preserving. Those biscuits weren’t just a side item. They were a part of the Popeyes experience.
