Dear Friends, The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) made an announcement today (27 October 2014) that they will file an Appeal against the culpable homicide verdict and the sentence as handed down by Judge Thokozile Masipa in State vs Oscar Pistorius. We welcome this decision and congratulate the NPA as it is a process in pursuit of justice. We thank you for your contribution to get our message to the NPA. We know that there is a public outcry for an Appeal. We wish the NPA all the best as they prepare to file papers this week.We are certain that justice will be served.
