Back in August and after 31 months Andraus received a letter from the 7th Judicial Circuit court, The Judicial Advisory Assistant to Andraus' judge stated that they are starting to review his motions that were filed in the earliest time and will issue its ruling once its complete. 

We are still hoping that Andraus' motion for bond pending appeal is granted (as the prosecution said it would be) at this time, since his 6500 and bonding pending appeal motions have been pending since January 27, 2023. Andraus has already did 19 years and evidence of his innocence is clearly there.
