Judge Celeste Bell told the State Admininstrator that she would have a ruling on Andraus' case at the end of August. She was untruthful. Andraus and I called her clerk at the end of December and they lied to us and stated that Andraus would recieve something in the mail that week from Judge Bell and stated it was already mailed out, but Andraus did NOT recieve anything in the mail from Judge Bell or her office. Judge Bell retired on December 31, 2024 making a mockery of the justice system by continuing to keep a known innocent man in prison.
