We still need as many signatures as possible! Due to the Judge not ruling on his motions that were submitted on January 27, 2023 and assistant prosecuting attorney Linda Salvage stating she does not have Andraus' motions. Linda stated, "Nothing has been filed with the prosecutions office for Andraus since he was sentenced," although he has proof from the prison he filed the motions with Judge Bell's office and the prosecutions office and also did confirm that with the judge's clerk that they received the motions, we filed a grievance with the Michigan Supreme Court on July 29, 2024. The Michigan Supreme Court then in turn reached out to Judge Bell's office and requested a ruling on Andraus' motions (Relief from Judgement and Bond). Judge Bell's office then stated that Judge Bell will have a ruling on his case by the end of the month of August. It is now the end of August and still no ruling. This is VERY nerve racking for Andraus as you can imagine. Our next step is to file a grievance with the Appellate Court to have his case moved out of Genesse County due to what we feel is corruption and misconduct in their judicial system.
