Let’s achieve this goal before 2021.

This petition was started in April, 2020 to address the mental health shortage throughout all 50 states. In addition to bringing awareness to the lack of licensed African American social workers and people of color, who live and work in disproportionate and marginalized communities.

Mental health workers are being asked to work alongside law enforcement in our communities.
***It is important for people of color to see themselves when that call is made.
