Throughout this pandemic mental health professional’s such as Social Worker, Mental Health Counselors, Marriage & Family Therapists have been the underdogs. They have dismissed us and in a sense we have dismissed ourselves by not making our voices heard. 

Now that they are ready to put in place an initiative for us to work with the police departments throughout all 50 states, they see the NEED for us. THE issue is we need to see the Need for us, stop letting them dictate our worth, talent, time and value. The time is coming to demand what we want to see CHANGE…….in the Mental Health field.
