Continued silence from Google

It has been almost nine months since Google announced its "throw-the-baby-out-with-the-bathwater" clamp-down on online advertising for third party technical support providers. As yet there has not been a single word from Google on the “verification programme” for legitimate businesses providing technical support services. In the meantime, thousands of businesses across the globe continue to be severely impacted, with reports of many companies closing their doors, unable to utilise the primary platform customers turn to when searching for products and services online.

Google, you owe your loyal customers an update! Please let us know that you have at least commenced work on a programme to allow legitimate businesses to start using your platform again. Businesses are unable to plan for the future without this guidance.
