Dear Florida - Death Threats Against Autistic

Dear Florida - Death Threats Against Autistic
The Issue
Dear Florida & FBI,
I had a terrible experience with a business owner from Florida who threatened to kill me in California for writing a review. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very unsafe, so I reported it to my local police department that was not able to do anything due to state lines. Currently the business thinks because of my autism I am the "R" word and due to some kind of jealousy I'm out to get him.
I also received unsolicited and harassing phone calls from this business owner after writing my review. He would call me multiple times a day and would not stop until I answered. I felt extremely harassed and unsafe. His current stance is because I’m autistic, I’m jealous and just too cheap to pay his rates. He seems unable to feel emotion with respect to his choices of behavior and relies on my diagnoses for everything, which is I’m told sociopathic.
I tried to have the individual seek professional help as I know something like this can change his life and he could have been hacked. He said he is fine and believes he is not a risk to others. He has confessed to the threats to murder on Facebook and Yelp, which I am certain these organizations can confirm with their logs.
He also contacted me after he tracked me down on social media. He threatened to murder me if I didn't change my review of his business. I was terrified and didn't know what to do. I have the opportunity to name him and contact anyone that has done business with them before, but I can't bring myself to do that. Thankfully, Change.org may serve as a medium so that the need for justice might be better asserted and professionals might then do their jobs. This is America, and I grew up in a military family and these behaviors have caused some severe sleeping problems.
The business owner I encountered was exhibiting signs of what is known as the "Blaming Syndrome." This is a psychological condition in which an individual blames others for their own misfortunes. In this case, the business owner was blaming me for his own business failures and was attempting to intimidate me into changing my review. This type of behavior is both dangerous and unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against engaging with this individual in any way.
A hate crime is defined as a criminal offense committed against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity. In this case, the business owner’s threats of murder and insults about autism could be considered a hate crime, as it is motivated by bias against a disability.
Facebook and Yelp have in their logs his confession to the threats.
