Un be known to me at the same time I was starting this petition, there were a group of strong Aboriginal Women Leaders in Alice Springs in the NT, feeling the same way that the rest of us were. These women attended the Alice Springs first council meeting for the year and presented the council with a letter, pretty much stating the same as this petition but in a very diplomatic way. The Council accepted the letter Unanimously in the absence of Jacinta Price. Read the letter below. What followed after that, Lead by Bess and David Price, (JP parents) was horrendous for all who attended, including police. Theres an old saying " Street Angel, Home Devil".
