As someone who has survived the trauma of sexual assault, I know firsthand the weight and pain such experiences carry. It's a reality I wish no one else had to endure, and it's why I support Dean Withers, who himself is a survivor, in his pursuit for justice against false accusations that harm not only him but the integrity of all survivors.

Recently, a TikTok user, Uriah Michael Moore who goes by the usernames @moonkittyenvy, @urimobaby or @uriah.michael.moore, made unsubstantiated and false allegations against Dean Withers using a fake account named Emily/@em.just.emily, directly accusing him of rape and sexual assault. These claims are not just profoundly damaging; they are entirely baseless. False accusations like these undermine the credibility of actual victims, making it harder for real survivors to come forward and seek justice. They contribute to the stigma survivors face, making the journey to healing even more fraught. As of 08/14/2026, Dean Withers has since sufficiently debunked any credibility of these false accusations relative to this fake account. He also has discovered the account was using photos of an underaged minor from Instagram in the UK and using AI to photoshop screenshots of chat logs between the Emily and Uriah's @iridabus account, in addition to all this, he has been made aware of who owns and operates the account and how Uriah Michael Moore is doing this for means of attention and clout chasing off Dean's name.

It's critical to the values of truth and justice that such malicious actions — using platforms like TikTok to spread falsehoods — are held accountable. Dean Withers deserves the opportunity to clear his name and hold his accuser civilly liable for defamation of character. Legal action not only serves to protect Dean’s reputation but also sets a precedent against slandering others without evidence.

We live in a world where social media can easily turn personal attacks into public stories. While freedom of speech is a cornerstone of our society, it should never be weaponized to unjustly destroy a person's life. Defamation is a serious offense, and standing idly by while someone's life is ruined should not be an option.
