As we all know tuition fee is subsided for 30% students in IIT. Govt. should provide this facility to all of the students amid coronavirus. In these uncertain times it is impossible to pay a huge sum of money ranging between 35k - 135k, our parents are uncertain about their businesses and jobs, paying such an amount will stress family further. Since we won't be using hostel or mess food we shouldn't pay for that and in case of tuition fee, Govt. already charges 0 Rs. 30% of students, why not extend it to 100% because of this crisis.
