Having exam session of third module online

Having exam session of third module online
The Issue
To whom it may concern; the very short notice regarding changes in the exam execution caused a lot of discussions within international student groups. We consider it unfair to announce two weeks prior exam session that they will be held on-site. A lot of us are not in Romania or even in the Europe at the moment. Some countries might still have their borders closed, short notice flights are very expensive and the option to sacrifice the much needed summer holidays doesn't seem adequate to us. Also traveling, searching for accomodation and studying well for the exams can be challenging especially during the emotional and physical distress the Pandemic is causing. A lot of students are also not vaccinated yet thus representing a high risk for Romanian and international population of Cluj and Romania. Due to that we request online exams for the third module but would agree for on-site exams in the fourth module.
