DC: Resume calling Billy Batson "Captain Marvel" and buy the series 'The Secrets of Isis'

The Issue

From the start of the use of the character Billy Batson in 1940 to 2013, he had the alias "Captain Marvel" across all works from all forms of media in which he appeared. The use of the alias "Shazam" for Billy Batson causes & will continue to cause confusion for consumers who aren't in-the-know, given the fact that Billy's superhero alias was "Captain Marvel" for the first 73 years of his existence as a fictional character and the fact that the alias of the wizard who gave Billy Batson his superpowers is "Shazam". Marvel made the dumb decision to give their character named Mar-Vell the alias "Captain Marvel" and has unfortunately used that alias for other characters of theirs as well, and that history cannot be changed, just like how the fact that for several decades, Billy Batson had the alias "Captain Marvel", Mary Bromfield(AKA Mary Batson) had the alias "Mary Marvel", and Freddy Freeman had the alias "Captain Marvel Jr" cannot be changed. If both DC and Marvel can have characters that are referred to as "The Scarecrow", "Egghead", "The Sandman", "The Black Widow", and "The Enchantress", then there's no reason why they can't both have characters who they refer to as "Captain Marvel", as was the case for many years. In addition to going back to having Billy Batson's superhero name be "Captain Marvel", DC should make a deal with Marvel that allows them to use the name "Captain Marvel" in the titles of media that involve him.

Also, since the character Andrea Thomas(AKA Isis) is tied to the character Billy Batson(AKA Captain Marvel and Shazam), DC should acquire the rights to the Filmation-made live-action TV series 'The Secrets of Isis' and the Filmation-made animated TV series 'Space Sentinels', and 'The Freedom Force' from Universal's Classic Media(which owns most of the Filmation library). After this has been done, the Filmation-created superhero named Isis(AKA Andrea Thomas) and the DC-created superhero named Isis(AKA Adrianna Tomaz) should be amalgamated together into a single character whose birth name is "Adrianna Tomaz", and whose name while living in America is "Andrea Thomas" and a remake of the comic book series 'The Mighty Isis' that has the same title and is set in the current mainline DC comic book universe should be made. In addition to the new comic book series titled 'The Mighty Isis' using the stories from the original comic book series titled 'The Mighty Isis', it should also use some stories from the live-action TV series 'The Secrets of Isis'(including the story of the finale 2-parter). The new comic book series should end with Andrea(AKA Adrianna and Isis) returning to her home country, Kahndaq.

The superhero Isis's new backstory should be as follows: During an archaeological dig in Egypt, Kahndaqi-American high school science teacher Andrea Thomas(born "Adrianna Tomaz")(who's unknowingly a descendant of the Egyptian pharaoh named Hatshepsut) finds the Amulet of Isis(which had belonged to Hatshepsut), with which she can gain a myriad of superpowers by invoking the name of the Egyptian god Isis via saying "Oh, mighty Isis". She starts using said powers to help others in need and gives herself the superhero name "Isis". It should be established that after returning to Kahndaq from America, she eventually met & fell in love with Black Adam(AKA Teth-Adam), who went from being a supervillain to being a superantihero thanks to her influence on him, and that Black Adam(AKA Teth-Adam), Isis(AKA Adrianna Tomaz and Andrea Thomas), and Osiris(AKA Amon Tomaz)(who's the younger brother of Adrianna and who was kept as a slave by Intergang for years) formed a team called the Black Marvel Family that's dedicated to protecting Kahndaq.
