Relisha Rudd has been missing for almost Six years now. The main people that were around her Shamika Young (Mother), Ashley Young (Aunt), Melissa Young - Turner(Grandmother) and Antonio Wheeler (Self Proclaimed Step-Father) have been questioned and were suspects but still isn't cleared. Each time these parties were questioned stories have changed some, more than others. There is also a suspect that was cleared no longer a P.O.I. (Person of Interest) by the name of  Ricky Sheridan Lyles Sr. Who had a rape charge back in the 90's and is Karl Tatum's (Relisha's Kidnapper) Brother in law who was seen around Tatum and Relisha but the public plea is that investigations go a little more deeper into questioning that suspect as well. Although Melissa and Antonio took the lie detector test on The Steve Wilkos show and passed doesn't mean that they still aren't guilty for numerous reasons. One the right questions weren't asked. Two anyone can beat a lie detector test and three thats television.

     There were lies about where Relisha was during those three weeks she was not in school such as a false letter by a Dr. Tatum which had a phone number that was written by Karl Tatum(Relisha's Kidnapper). Also three different dates were given on when Relisha was last seen which was February 26, 2014 March 1, 2014 and March 19, 2014. All these dates given by the parties that is of the family members listed. Those that sign this petition are signing as a public plea to arrest those parties on this petition for Child endangerment, child neglect, Obstruction of Justice and giving false statement and timelines to the authorities There were lies about when she was last seen which messed up an amber alert that was suppose to have been sent out. Shamika allowed Tatum to take Relisha places and even Atlanta, GA. other laws that have been broken as well. This child maybe still alive or could be deceased but then parties that are listed is the key and we are asking that the powers that be would look more into this and arrest and bring justice for Relisha Tenau Rudd.This is the only solution to finding out what happen to her and\or bringing her justice.

.   Threats have been made even to the public that are trying to help find Relisha personally by the parties of Antonio, Shamika, Ashley and Melissa which shows someone is guilty. The only people that can make this happen is The DC Metropolitan Police, Mayor Muriel Bowser and City Council. Should this petition win and they are all in police custody could bring justice to Relisha's case and find out what happen to ''DC's SWEETHEART.'' This would mean a lot if you the people would sign this because what if this were your Child? Wouldn't you want justice? Wouldn't you want to know or have the ones that are responsible to be brought to justice? This child didn't deserve this and she didn't have a chance.
