Originally, the Defamation trial date was continued to May 3rd, but it now looks like the trial is set instead for May 17th at 10am. And, according to this report, the trial is set to take 4 weeks.
That's 4 weeks to wade through all of Heard's ridiculous accusations against Johnny Depp, and Johnny's mountain of evidence proving that she's a liar. And, more than that, that she was the abuser in the relationship. I know it and you know it, but Johnny's got to prove it to the judge and jury. Is 4 weeks long enough for all that?
That's something else that's different from the London trial. This one's marked to be a trial by jury at the request of both parties. Looks like Heard thinks that she can convince them with her horrible acting and obviously fake testimony.
They're already looking at Heard for Perjury in Australia. It's possible that the UK will be looking at her for Perjury once the London verdict comes down. I wonder what the sentence for perjury is in the United States, particularly Virginia. Anybody know?
The statute of limitations is over in America for everything Amber Did to Johnny, Tasya, Kate James, Whitney, and all the other victims she's left in her wake, so she won't do any time for any of those crimes.
There is no statute of limitations in Australia, though, for any assault resulting in grievous bodily harm. She will have the possibility of serving time in Australia for cutting Johnny's finger off for the rest of her life.
And, more recently, she's racking up quite a list of places where she can and should be charged for perjury. Oh, how I hope they take turns locking her up for it.
What do you think? Will Australia, the UK, or Virginia go after her for perjury? Or will she get away with it and walk away fancy free?
